A new update in the "Labour and Employment" subsystem:
The "Employee Record Form" will be presented to employers in electronic form. To this end, a new functionality is being developed in the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population's "Labour and Employment" subsystem (ƏMAS).
At the hiring stage, employers will be able to obtain personal data about an employee in electronic format via ƏMAS. As long as the employment contract remains active, employers will have access to the employee's personal information. Once the contract is terminated, the data will be deactivated.
It is worth noting that in the personal cabinet section of the "Labour and Employment" subsystem, there is an option to edit the information. Citizens can log into the subsystem and, if necessary, make corrections and additions to the personal data presented by the system.
The main goal of digitalizing the "Employee Record Form" is to manage the information provided by employees on a single platform and to create the possibility for employers to automatically update this information.
