The Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, Anar Aliyev, and the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district, Masim Mammadov, inspected small farms established for district residents Elnura Alyarova and Gunay Rustamova within the framework of the self-employment programme.
Under the programme, a small family business providing printing services was established for Elnura Alyarova, while a small family business producing flour products was established for Gunay Rustamova.
Both programme participants shared their feelings of joy and pride for returning to their native lands and establishing their small family businesses there, and expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the great attention and care shown to them.
It should be noted that one of the active employment programmes implemented in our territories liberated from occupation is the self-employment programme, which has significant socio-economic importance.
Within the framework of this programme, assets in the form of goods and materials have been provided to 759 residents resettled in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur, including 85 residents resettled in Lachin, enabling the establishment of small family farms for them.
