The Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, Anar Aliyev, met with the winners of the fourth “Yüksəliş” competition, Nijat Gojayev and Eyyub Fataliyev, who successfully completed the Mentorship Programme at the Ministry, as well as with the winners of the fifth “Yüksəliş” competition, Irshad Asgarxanli and Goshgar Dashdiyev, who will participate in the Mentorship Programme over the next year.
The Minister emphasised the important role of the “Yüksəliş” competition in identifying and supporting promising leaders with high intellectual capacity and managerial qualities in the country, as well as in the creation of a talent pool. He noted that the Ministry has created the necessary conditions for competition winners to enhance their knowledge and experience and highlighted the work carried out within the Mentorship Programme.
Nijat Gojayev and Eyyub Fataliyev expressed their satisfaction with the conditions created by the Ministry for increasing their knowledge and experience, as well as the support provided for the development of their potential. The discussion also covered the achievements of the competition winners in implementing their Mentorship Programme activity plans and their future goals.
Anar Aliyev noted that relevant work under the Mentorship Programme will continue to support the winners of the fifth “Yüksəliş” competition in enhancing their knowledge, experience, and skills, provided them with recommendations, and wished them success in their future activities.
Recommendation letters were presented by the Minister to the winners who successfully completed the Mentorship Programme.
The “Yüksəliş” competition was established by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, dated 26 July 2019. Winners of the competition receive a one-year individual development plan from mentors and a monetary award of 20 thousand manats for self-development.
An additional Order was signed by Ilham Aliyev on 10 December 2025 regarding the organisation of the sixth “Yüksəliş” competition.
