Social indicators for January
In January 2026, 626 thousand applications were submitted for electronic services provided to the population in the areas of activity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
Last month, 26 thousand benefit assignments were carried out proactively through the e-infrastructure, and nearly 87 thousand electronic certificates were issued in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection.
As a result of the extensive digitalisation program implemented in the social sphere in recent years, more than 90 percent of the institution’s services are currently delivered electronically. The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of nearly 80 institutions.
Including inquiries from those institutions, the total number of inquiries, applications, and services processed through the Ministry’s e-systems last month amounted to 21 million.
