Social indicators for two months
In January and February of this year, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population received 4,6 million applications for its electronic services across various sectors.
The country's social registry portal, e-sosial.az, was used 2 million times during this period, and 47000 assignments were carried out proactively through the e-infrastructure.
As a result of the extensive digitalization program in the social sector in recent years, over 90% of the Ministry’s 160 services—145 services—are now offered electronically. Additionally, more than 55 proactive services, the e-sosial portal with extensive functional capabilities, and the “Labour and Employment” sub-system are operational.
The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of up to 80 institutions. In total, from January to February 2025, the Ministry’s e-systems processed 82 million inquiries, applications, and service requests from these institutions.
