In the first seven months of the year, the electronic services provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population across its areas of activity received a total of 14.6 million applications.
During the same period, the country’s social registry portal, “e-sosial”, was accessed 9.3 million times, and 156.3 thousand appointments were carried out proactively through the e-infrastructure.
As a result of the extensive digitalization program implemented in the social sector in recent years, over 90% of the Ministry’s 159 services are currently available electronically. In addition, 60 proactive services, the multifunctional “e-sosial” portal, and the “Labour and Employment” subsystem are in operation.
Integration of the Ministry’s e-systems with the information databases of approximately 80 institutions has been achieved. Including queries from these institutions, a total of 299 million queries, applications, and services were processed through the Ministry’s e-systems in the first seven months of the year.
