Social indicators for 10 months
In the period from January to October of the current year, 22 million applications were submitted to the electronic services provided to the population within the areas of activity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
During the same period, the “e-social” portal, which serves as the country’s social registry, was used 14 million times, and 218 thousand assignments were carried out through the e-infrastructure in a proactive manner.
As a result of the extensive digitalisation programme implemented in the social sphere in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry’s services are currently provided electronically. In addition, numerous proactive services, the highly functional “e-social” portal, and the “Labour and Employment” subsystem are in operation.
The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of up to 80 institutions. Including inquiries from those institutions, the total number of inquiries, applications and services processed through the Ministry’s e-systems amounted to 399 million in the first 10 months of this year.
