9-month social indicators
In January-September of this year, the electronic services provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population received 19.3 million applications.
During this period, the country’s social registry portal “e-sosial” was used 12.2 million times, and 196 thousand appointments were carried out proactively through the e-infrastructure.
As a result of the extensive digitization program in the social sphere in recent years, more than 90% of the Ministry’s services are now provided electronically. Additionally, many proactive services, the multifunctional “e-sosial” portal, and the “Labour and Employment” subsystem are operational.
Integration with the information databases of up to 80 institutions has been implemented. Including requests from these institutions, the total number of inquiries, applications, and services through the Ministry’s e-systems reached 369 million in the first 9 months of this year.
