Heybat Imanov, Head of the Internal Control and Audit Department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, Elmira Aliyeva, Chief Advisor to the Disability Policy Department, and Yalchin Niftiyev, Head of the Department of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry, paid a visit to Ankara, Turkey.
A meeting was held with Adnan Ertem, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Türkiye, as part of the visit, which took place within the framework of the points of the Action Plan between the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Türkiye on the exchange of experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation and internal control in the field of social protection.
The meeting discussed the development of relations between the two ministries and the importance of exchange of experience. Also, during meetings with senior officials of the Social Security Institution of the brotherly country, Omar Kuchukevchilioghlu, Yakup Koch and other responsible representatives, experience exchanges were held on the improvement of the internal control system in the field of vocational rehabilitation of persons with disabilities and social protection.
