Over the past month, 15 more apartments offered for sale by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population have been sold. The apartments are located in new residential buildings in Ramana and Umid settlements of Baku, as well as in Absheron and Samukh districts.
At present, the sale of 1,057 apartments continues, and the funds obtained from the sales will be directed toward providing housing and private houses for families of martyrs and persons with war-related disabilities in other regions of the country.
Each of these apartments has 3 or 4 rooms, and their sale is carried out online through the portal ms.sosial.gov.az. The apartments are fully renovated, unused, and come with ownership certificates. They can also be purchased through mortgage loans by applying to banks.
Those wishing to buy apartments can visit the mentioned portal, review the available listings, select the desired apartment, and reserve it by clicking the “Bron et” (Book) button.
To reserve an apartment, a person must have one of the ASAN Login authentication tools (identification number, SIMA digital signature, ASAN signature, SIMA Token [electronic signature], or BSXM electronic signature).
The first person to reserve an apartment gains the right to purchase it, while up to two additional people may also reserve the same apartment. If the first reserver declines to buy, the right passes to the next person who made a reservation.
A notarized purchase agreement is signed between the Ministry and the buyer within 10 days after the full payment is made.
Both individuals and legal entities may purchase as many apartments as they wish.
The price of each apartment is determined by an independent appraiser in accordance with legislation.
