Under this project, new, renovated apartments eligible for mortgages are being sold at prices significantly below market rates per square meter.

Another 40 apartments from the stock offered by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population under its social project have been sold in recent months.

The apartments currently on sale priced between 435 and 830 manats per square meter (significantly below market rates) are located in new residential complexes in the Umid settlement of Baku, as well as in Absheron and Samukh.

They consist of 3 or 4 rooms, are fully renovated, and have never been occupied. These apartments come with official title deeds and can also be purchased using mortgage loans.

You can view the apartments on the ms.sosial.gov.az portal and reserve your chosen unit by clicking the "Reserve" button. Up to three people can reserve a single apartment; if the first person to reserve it does not complete the purchase, the right to buy the apartment passes to the next person who reserved it.

A sales contract is concluded between the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and the person who reserves and purchases the apartment within a 10-day period.

A legal entity or an individual may purchase any number of these apartments. The proceeds from the sale are being used to provide housing for the families of martyrs and persons with war-related disabilities in other regions of the country.
