As part of the ongoing efforts by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population to expand the DOST service network across the country, a DOST branch has commenced operations in the Neftchala.

Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Anar Aliyev and Head of the Neftchala District Executive Authority Mirhasan Seyidov reviewed the facilities created at the branch, as well as the process of receiving citizens and providing services to them.

Anar Aliyev emphasized that the establishment of DOST centers is one of the significant achievements of the social reforms implemented in recent years in accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev. He noted the advantages of the DOST model, initiated by First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, and highlighted that it has also received high international recognition.

It was noted that under the DOST concept, public social services are provided to citizens through a “one window” system in a modern, efficient, transparent, and citizen-oriented manner.

Located at 76 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Neftchala, the branch’s administrative building has been designed in a contemporary style featuring modern and functional architectural elements. The two-storey building has a total area of 535 square metres.

The Neftchala DOST Branch, staffed by 10 employees, is expected to serve up to 100 citizens daily on average.

The Minister instructed that services at the new branch be delivered at a high standard in line with the DOST concept, ensuring that issues raised in citizens’ applications are resolved effectively and in a manner that promotes citizen satisfaction.

To date, 7 DOST Centers, 3 DOST branches, and 3 DOST service points have been commissioned in Baku and the regions of the country.
