Social indicators for January
In January, the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population provided rehabilitation services to 10,600 persons with disabilities.
Of them, 5,100 persons received outpatient services, 2,800 persons received inpatient and community-based services, while the others were provided with rehabilitation services in mobile and online formats, including social-psychological support and hippotherapy.
In addition to traditional methods, advanced rehabilitation approaches in line with leading international practices (such as robotic rehabilitation, social-psychological rehabilitation, yoga, dance therapy, hippotherapy, etc.) have been applied in recent years at the Agency’s rehabilitation institutions.
Rehabilitation services are provided to persons with disabilities in inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as through community-based, telerehabilitation, and mobile service formats.
