Social indicators of 2025
In 2025, 887 thousand citizens received services at DOST centers.
Since May 2019, a total of 7 DOST centers have been established across the country, along with a “Smart DOST” service point in Agali village of Zangilan, branches of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha and Tartar, and DOST service points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli.
Based on the DOST concept, which has also been highly recognized at the international level, state social services are delivered through a “one-stop-shop” system using modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms focused on citizen satisfaction.
Citizen satisfaction with DOST services stands at 98.7 percent.
