Social indicators for 2025
In 2025, the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population granted disability status to 54.5 thousand individuals.
Of these, 25.3 thousand individuals were granted disability status for the first time, while 29.2 thousand individuals underwent reassessment and were granted disability status again.
Disability assessment is carried out through an electronic system based on information entered into the e-system by healthcare institutions in referral documents.
Following the assignment of disability status, social payments related to disability are proactively granted through the electronic system.
