During the past period, the Center has provided services to 147,000 citizens
As of today, two years have passed since the inauguration of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center. The Center, which was officially opened on August 7, 2023, in the Barda with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev, serves the residents of ten districts and cities, including Barda, Tartar, Aghjabadi, Aghdam, Fuzuli, Khojaly, Shusha, Khojavand, Aghdara districts, and Khankendi.
Like other DOST (Agency for Sustainable and Operative Social Provision) centers, the Karabakh Regional DOST Center offers 161 types of social services through a single-window system, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and a citizen-centered approach.
Over the past two years, the Center has provided services to approximately 147,000 citizens, with a reported citizen satisfaction rate of 99.7 percent.
The Karabakh Regional DOST Center currently operates with a staff of 80 employees and 27 volunteers. On a daily basis, it is capable of serving between 650 and 700 citizens.
In addition, in July of the previous year, the Head of State also participated in the inauguration of the State Services Center in Shusha, which includes a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center.
The Karabakh Regional DOST Center also encompasses the Karabakh Regional Vocational Training Center, which includes seven workshops, eight classrooms and instruction rooms, a Career Guidance and Counseling Center, as well as the "RehaPoint" – a Rehabilitation Unit that provides rehabilitation services to local residents.
