The State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population continues to provide rehabilitation services at the “RehaPoint” – Outpatient Rehabilitation Center located within the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Barda.
Since the Center began operating on December 1, 2023, rehabilitation services have been provided on an outpatient basis to 2200 individuals.
Persons with disabilities living in the region benefit from therapeutic physical training, occupational therapy, psychological support, and speech therapy services offered at the center.
In addition, 1134 rehabilitation aids have been provided to 233 individuals with disabilities in accordance with their specific needs.
