This e-system will enable the implementation of social work targeted at vulnerable groups through a unified digital platform.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population is working on the creation of the “Social work management” subsystem within the Centralized Electronic Information System.
This e-system will allow social work aimed at individuals (or families) who are in difficult life situations or at risk of falling into such situations to be carried out through a unified digital platform.
Through the “Social work management” subsystem, operational information exchange between social workers and relevant organizations will be ensured. The reception, processing, and evaluation of applications for social services will be carried out in a digital environment.
Thus, this subsystem will strengthen coordination between relevant organizations in the field of social work through the e-system and create conditions for more flexible organization of social services.
Additionally, the preparation of assessments and individual social work plans, the digital implementation of applications and social case evaluations, and the future expansion of the subsystem's functionality are also planned.
