The Tartar branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center has already provided services to 2,253 citizens.
Since its opening on January 22 of this year, the branch has received applications covering pensions and benefits, social services, employment, disability, and other related matters.
The average waiting time for citizens applying for services was 49 seconds, while the average service time was 7 minutes and 9 seconds.
Citizen satisfaction with the services provided at the Tartar branch reached 99.6 percent.
