On June 1 - International Children's Day, an event was held at the Social Services Agency's social service institution No. 1 for persons with disabilities under the age of 18.
Children from the Children's home social service institutions under the Agency, as well as young beneficiaries of the Shelter and Social Rehabilitation Institution for persons from vulnerable population groups, also took part in the event alongside this institution.
The Chairman of the Agency's Board, Vugar Behbudov, noted the work carried out in the field of state care, rehabilitation and provision of social services to children in need of special care in our country.
It was emphasized that the successful social policy of President Ilham Aliyev has created conditions for strengthening the social security of children from vulnerable categories. These children have been covered by social support measures. A significant part of the projects implemented at the initiative of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva also serve to ensure the healthy, prosperous growth of children and the full provision of their future.
During the event, various fun games and master classes were organized for children from vulnerable categories. The event, which was memorable with colorful images, created pleasant impressions in the children.
