The "Career Camp" has been launched within the framework of the "Career Bridge" project, jointly implemented by the State Employment Agency and the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.
The aim of the project is to support upper-grade students and graduates of social service institutions for children deprived of parental care in preparing for the labour market, developing their personal and professional skills, and building successful careers in the future.
During the five-day camp, participants will attend interactive trainings on motivation, self-awareness, the labour market, career planning, effective communication, and time management. They will also be engaged in trainings covering CV preparation, job interview preparation, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the labour market, as well as cultural and entertainment programs.
It should be noted that within the "Career Bridge" project, two-year individual development plans will be prepared for participants. They will be provided with career guidance and vocational counselling services, and measures will be implemented to expand their employment opportunities.
