Within the framework of the social indicators for the first four months of the year, it was reported that during the mentioned period, 105 thousand appointments and benefit allocations were carried out proactively through the electronic infrastructure, while 266 thousand electronic certificates related to labour, employment, and social protection were issued.
As a result of the extensive digitalization program implemented in the social sector in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry’s services are currently provided electronically. The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of nearly 80 institutions.
Including inquiries from those institutions, the total number of inquiries, applications, and services processed through the e-systems of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population during January-April this year reached 123 million.
