January social indicators
In January of this year, 86 thousand citizens were provided with services at DOST centers. The satisfaction level of citizens with the DOST services provided was 99.4 percent.
Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers, a “Smart DOST” service point in Agali village of Zangilan, branches of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha and Tartar, as well as DOST service points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli have been opened across the country.
Based on the DOST concept, which has also been highly appreciated at the international level, state social services are provided through a “one-stop shop” mechanism in a modern, flexible, transparent manner focused on citizen satisfaction.
