Social indicators for 11 months
Within January–November 2025, the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population assigned disability status to 49.4 thousand people.
Of these, 22.8 thousand people were assigned disability for the first time, and 26.6 thousand people were assigned disability for a repeated assessment.
The assessment of disability is carried out through the electronic system, based on the information provided in the referrals entered into the e-system by healthcare institutions.
After the disability assignment, social payments are proactively assigned through the e-system according to the disability status.
