Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population Anar Aliyev held a meeting with the winners of the fourth “Yüksəliş” competition, Nicat Gojayev and Eyyub Fataliyev, within the framework of the Mentorship Program.
During the meeting, information was provided on the conditions created within the Ministry to enhance the practical experience of the competition winners in line with the Mentorship Program, as well as on efforts undertaken to develop their leadership potential.
The Minister reviewed the mentees’ research projects, exchanged views on relevant topics, listened to their proposals, and provided appropriate recommendations regarding the projects.
The competition winners expressed their satisfaction with the opportunities created under the Mentorship Program to enhance their knowledge, experience, and skills, as well as to conduct research on their projects.
It should be noted that the “Yüksəliş” competition was established by an Order signed by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on July 26, 2019, with the aim of identifying and supporting promising managers with high intellectual capacity and leadership skills and establishing a national talent pool.
The competition winners receive a one-year individual development plan from mentors and a cash award of 20 thousand manats for self-development.
