Granting the right to drive a passenger car to a cohabiting family member

In order to grant the right to drive a passenger car provided free of charge by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population in accordance with current legislation, the following documents must be submitted to the Social Services Agency under the Ministry:

1. a notarised copy of the identity card of the person with a disability who received the passenger car free of charge;
2. a notarised copy of the vehicle registration certificate of the passenger car;
3. a notarised copy of the identity card of the person to whom the right to drive is granted;
4. a notarised copy of the driving licence of the person to whom the right to drive is granted;
5. certificates of residence of both persons;
6. an application of the privileged person who received the passenger car free of charge.
